![]() Dog Signs & Portraits for Charity Signs for Strays is a newly organized project by the founder of Operation TNR which is a non profit organization set out to trap-neuter-return stray & feral cats, to aid and provide them with necessary veterinary care, and to rescue and adopt out homeless / abandoned kittens.
